Returns will be accepted within 14 days from time of you receiving your order.
We encourage you to purchase samples in order to best understand the product you are seeking for your purpose. Samples returned must be in original packaging with the fixings in order to be credited.
Returned samples will be credited towards your order or refunded subject to condition.
We remind you that products are most vulnerable to damage when being inspected out of packaging. Damage including scratching due to rubbing against other products is common.
Once items have been received please allow 5 business working days for the return to be processed
